 A new year has arrived and we would like to tell you about some news at the Yogazentrum AkazienhofGabi Lutterbeck is now teaching a regular workshop for 'full-bodied' participants every first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm. Click here for more information. Michael Klüsener started a new class of Yoga and meditation, taking place every Sunday from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Classes start with gentle Yoga asanas to quieten the mind and bring your attention into your body. Then there are two sequences of quiet sitting, with a short walking meditation in between. A guided relaxation at the end will allow you to let go very deeply. Helen Barsby Helen Barsby gave birth to a healthy baby boy (Benjamin) on Dec. 28, 2011. Congratulations Helen! She will take a break and during January Elizabeth Smullens (Brass?) will substitute Helen's Tuesday (time?) evening classes. Helen's Wednesday 10 am classes are now taught by Michael. |
