 Social educator. Has been practising Yoga with Renate Ockel for 14 years, became a certified Yoga teacher for children in 2002.
"My professional experience and that with my two daughters has shown me the extent to which children and youth are at risk of losing contact to their bodies. To me it seems that playful Yoga can be an ideal means to achieve greater mobility, muscle tone and improved body awareness.
